Motion 1. To amend the name of the organisation to - Baden-Powell Guild UK
The rationale for this is that it is both shorter and more encompassing. It brings the Guild into line with the National Scout and Guide Fellowship UK (NSGF-UK) of which we are one of the component Associations. We now have members living outside Great Britain but within the UK.
This motion was proposed by the National Committee and Seconded by Iris Skilton & Robin Giles – all branches that voted were in favour and the motion was carried.
